We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time by updating this page. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we make, because they are binding on you.
While we endeavour to ensure that this Site is normally available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this Site is unavailable at any time or for any period. Access to this Site may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.
2. PLACING YOUR ORDER:
Placing your order could not be easier, with our easy to use online shopping system. Just browse our Shop, and click on any items that you wish to order and add them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, you will have an opportunity to check and amend your order up until the point at which you submit your order by clicking the “Proceed” button on the SagePay payment page.
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order, detailing your order number and a summary of your order. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the order has been dispatched. The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the dispatch confirmation.
We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and we will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances.
We may be unable to process your order if: (a) the Product you ordered is out of stock or discontinued; or (b) there is a problem with authorisation of the payment on your credit card. We will contact you to discuss your order if the above applies to your order.
We aim to provide clear and full Product descriptions to assist you with your purchase. Please note specifically that the shades and quantities of each shade will vary from pack to pack, unless otherwise stated. We cannot gaurantte that a pack will contain all the shades described, but rather the packs will contain an assortment in varying quantities FROM the shades listed. The photographs and colour graphics on the website are for illustrative purposes only and may vary depending on your computer screen settings.
We can dispatch orders to Third Party fulfilment centres including, Amazon Fulfilment centres.
Customers who wish to have their orders sent directly to third party fulfilment centres, they must check with us first if this is a service we provide and if they accept our terms and conditions we offer for this service.
Unfortunately in the past Third Party Prep Centres have either miscounted /mislabelled the stock or misplaced it in their distribution centre and then a few days later located the stock and added it to the inventory and in the meantime they informed the vendor of stock missing or inaccurate quantities.
If orders are sent to Third party centres without our knowledge, Any issues that may arise, customers will have to deal with the third party prep centres/Amazon directly, we would not have any liability of any loss or damage once the parcel is left our warehouse and handed over to the courier company for delivery to Amazon or other Third Party Fulfilment centres.
3. PRICING & PAYMENT OPTIONS:
The price of any Products will be as quoted on our Site in Great British Pounds Sterling (GBP £), the prices are exclusive of VAT and delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due once you have selected a delivery service from the available options. All the products on offer are 100% authentic and genuine. All products listed on the site will have an associated image or photograph, these are for reference only and should be considered illustrative.
The Product Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.
We will only process and complete your order once payment has been received in full. Payment can be made by most major credit/debit cards or PayPal, by completing the relevant details on the SagePay payment page. We do not accept cheques or postal orders. We also accept payments by BACS/CHAPS and can provide account details to anyone wishing to use this method of payment.
By using a credit/debit card to pay for your order, you confirm that the card being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal. We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order.
Our Site contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our Site may be incorrectly priced. We will rectify any such errors as soon as possible once we become aware of them. If a Products’ correct price is different from the price stated on our Site, we will normally contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product.
4. VAT:
VAT at 20% will be applied on the cost of goods and shipping on all orders from the UK and the European Union. Orders shipped outside the EU will be exempt from VAT. The goods can also be zero rated to customers within the European Union, provided they are VAT registered and documentary proof is provided to us.
5. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY:
You may cancel your order (or any part of it) at any stage before the Products are delivered to you, and up to 14 days afterwards. Any items to be returned must only be returned once you have informed us. You can simply return the Products in accordance with the provisions set out below by contacting our Customer Service team by email at services@wholesale-cosmetics.co.uk or sales@wholesale-cosmetics.co.uk.
Where you decide to cancel an order after we have despatched the Products, you will be under a duty to return them to us, at your own cost. All such Products should be returned within 14 days after the Products have been delivered to you. Until such time as they are returned, you must retain possession of the Products and take reasonable care of them. For hygiene reasons we will not accept the returns of Cosmetic items which have been opened. You should return the Products to us unused and in the same condition in which you received them together with the original Product packaging, by one of the means set out in our Returns Procedure.
The items to be returned are your responsibility until they reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
After you cancel your order and return the Products, the value of the goods debited by us to your credit/debit card or PayPal account will be refunded in full (we do not refund the original shipping costs). We will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. Refunds for Products purchased as gifts can only be given to the credit/debit card or PayPal account of the person who placed the order. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of you cancelling your order.
If any Product you purchase is damaged, faulty or incorrect, when delivered to you, please contact us immediately, and not later than 2 working days of receipt of goods. We may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights. If you believe a Product is faulty, you should return the Product to us in accordance with the Returns Procedure. If you have any further questions regarding returns, please contact us.
We will not be responsible for, Nor issue a refund, If notified AFTER 2 working days. We will NOT refund any opened or used items.
We accept no responsibility if third-party Platforms such as Amazon, Ebay etc… do not authorise you to sell specific brands on their platforms. We can provide the necessary documentation to gain authorisation to sell the brands we supply, however said platforms review applications on a case by case basis and it is your responsibility to work with them to un-gate each brand. We do not sell on a sale or return basis, Failure to gain permission to sell our products on any third-party platform does not qualify you for a refund.
We sell ALL our products based on PAO Symbol (Period After Opening) Printed on the Products by the Brand Owners. We DO NOT recognise batch codes for expiry dates. If you require specific product Information relating to your purchase you must request and agree this in writing prior to the purchase so you can make an informed decision. Once delivered we will not uplift products relating to issues that were not part of the original sales agreement including batch code expiry issues. Wholesale Cosmetics and its customers sell stock worldwide, therefore it is your obligation to ensure the products you are buying are suitable for your market and meet your local requirements.
Once order is paid in full, Should the item/items you have bought from www.wholesale-cosmetics.co.uk be unsuitable or not what you expected and you would like to get a refund, we will refund the goods value only. We charge a 10% restocking fee.
EXPORT ORDERS – PLEASE NOTE IT IS THE IMPORTER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO MEET THEIR LOCAL IMPORT CUSTOMS GUIDELINES AND REQUIREMENTS FOR IMPORTING FROM UK TO THEIR DESTINATION COUNTRY.
WE TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY OR HAVE ANY CONTROL OVER THE DUTIES AND TAXES OF ANY EXPORT DESTINATION.
It is your responsibility as the importer to ensure that you meet your destination country’s import guidelines and requirements before you place an order. The importer is responsible for ALL the associated returns cost should the customs confiscate or return the order to the sender for whatever reason. ALL costs associated with the returns procedure will be deducted before any amount is issued for refund. (If the costs exceed the order amount then the importer will be expected to pay the remaining balance).
Our policy on cancellations, returns and refunds does not affect your statutory legal rights.
